You can maintain healthy levels of water and electrolytes by drinking broth or soups. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables will also help you stay hydrated and receive enough potassium. These fruits and vegetables include bananas, spinach, and cucumbers. You can also eat watermelon, strawberries, and carrots.
